For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges (exceptions apply). Please send us an email if something is wrong with your product or you need any help.

Handmade Products

Every Hazle Loom accessory is handmade and hand embroidered. Slight variations in embroidery, fabric placement, or stitching are part of the unique character of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
